Tips for making the perfect Muggin:

1. Before measuring out muggins mix, shake the bag a bit to insure even distribution of ingredients.

2. Microwave wattage will determine cooking time. For instance, muggins will require about 90 seconds in a 1200W microwave. For microwaves with lower wattage, increase cooking time in 30-second increments until muggins begins pulling away from mug.

3. You'll find detailed cooking instructions on the back of your muggins package. 

Classic Peanut Butter Cookies

· 1 cup blondie muggins mix

· 1/2 cup peanut butter

· 1/4 cup date syrup

· Pinch of salt

 

Preheat oven to 350. Mix ingredients thoroughly. The dough should be tough to stir. Scoop 1.5 tablespoons of dough and form into balls. Using a fork, flatten each ball in a crisscross pattern. Bake 10-13 minutes.

 

Peanut Butter Blondies

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1.5 cups unsweetened plant milk
  • 1 pouch Peanut Butter Blondie Muggins
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2-1 cup chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350. Smash banana in a large bowl. Stir in plant milk. Add muggins mix and baking soda and stir until just mixed. Fold in chocolate chips. Spread mixture into prepared 8x8 pan. Bake 30 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
