These are really great when you are hungry between meals and want something substantial to eat. I've taken them with me when traveling and also after sports or shopping. They have such healthy ingredients and I feel really good about eating them.

A richness in texture not found in any packaged bar in my experience, and a taste and aftertaste that fills the palette in its balance of flavor, which is blended together in a far more subtle way than other such products that are over sweet to varying degrees and actually shock the sense of taste.
It also has the serious benefit of being a genuinely healthy food and not simply a snack. If one is used to only the sweet variety of such bars, one surmises that getting used to this different taste might take a bit, but the rewards of switching are certainly worth doing so.
